Section I- League Structure
A. Membership
The Norwood Fantasy Football League (NFFL) is comprised of twelve members. Each member who finished the
prior season retains a place in the
league by paying the entry fee to the treasurer by Draft Day or by making appropriate alternate arrangements with the treasurer.
Replacement of departing members is determined on a case by case basis. New candidates for league membership should be presented as early as possible with an eye toward confirming a new member by August 1st of the coming season.
In the event that a vote is needed, a final list of candidates will be compiled and the candidate receiving a majority of votes will join the league. If no majority is reached, the candidate receiving the fewest votes will be removed and the vote taken again. The commissioner will break any ties during the process.
B. Entry Fee
The entry fee for the 2015 NFFL season was $150 per team. The current prize breakdown is as follows:
*70% of prize pool for the winner of the Super Bowl
*30% of prize pool for the Regular Season Champion (first place finish in the league standings)

The prize pool is currently set at $1100.
Please note that dividing the prize money for the Super Bowl is allowed if the two finalists agree on a division before the start of the contest. In the event that such a decision is reached, the treasurer must be notified by both participants in the same manner that all parties in a trade notify the commissioner.
In addition, the league is committed to meeting the following annual expenses:
$30 for a Super Bowl ring
$10 for an update to the Super Bowl trophy
$100 donation for hole sponsorship in The Kibby Cup
Additional money spent at the discretion of the
treasurer during league-wide
events is deducted from the prize pool. Any money leftover at the end of the league season is carried
over into the following year as a
surplus. The matter of spending that surplus is determined by a majority vote.
